Purchased tires. Was never told these particular tires have white walls. Was never asked if we wanted the white walls facing in or out. Again, we didn't give a preference because we were never asked. When we went to pick up vehicle the ugly white walls were facing out. Now they are making US pay extra to reverse it. This should be asked of the customer when purchasing.....disappointed to say the least.

Friendly staff, I emailed to inquire some numbers on a vehicle and they promptly responded with what I needed.

I made appt online for oil change. Arrived at QuikLube door and was greeted by an employee outside of the garage door. She checked me in and directed me to the guest waiting area. Oil change was completed promptly and communication was good.

Erik and Leon did a great job helping us purchase and learn about our Buick.

The Bergstrom team continues to impress me. From the initial sale to a bit of warranty work it has been a great experience. If this level of support continues we will be buying our future vehicles at Bergstrom

The team was fantastic and kept me updated. They found an additional issue with my vehicle and worked on a parts warranty to get it fixed for me.

Great Staff, they were willing to stay late and answer all of our questions. This is the second truck that I bought from them and will go back if I need another vehicle in the future.

Right on time and very pleasant to work with.

Experience was overall good, had questions about car oil consumption, seemed like I had to add a quart from time of purchase to an early oil change of about 4000 miles, got home and checked the oil, it was about a quarter of a quart low right after oil change. Checked it again a few days later and it was right on the top fill line where it should be

Everything went as planned.

Tanner was great at getting my vehicle taken care of. He also help set up the rides I need to get to work and to get back to the dealership. Very helpful all around.
