Our vechile was done and parked out front for over 20 minutes just waiting for supervisor to come tell us what we owe. Was not going to wait any longer, got up from waiting room and walked into the supervisors area to find hin out in the shop with the guys sitting down on buckets apparently taking a break and playing on phones. Note: there was another customer waiting also for this long inside by the supervisors area. I asked her what is it break time? She said must be. Supervisor came back into office area and said sorry sir for the wait and still had to get my vehcile info entered into the computer system even to charge me. Note: he was out by us over 30 minutes ago asking to replace cabin air filter. You would think by then we would be in the system. Then when we were about to leave finally after paying and said wait I still need to put your oil change sticker in the car. This is the 2nd bad experience we of had there. Note: we typically receive a text message with link to vechile which shows video or messages while it is being worked on. We were there at 9am on a Saturday. We received the text message Early Sunday morning. Only go there because we bought the maintenance service program when we bought the car otherwise for sure we would be going somewhere else. Also, this isn't the only Bergstrom location that we had bad service at. Neenah Chevy location as well. Note: Bergstrom Jeep in Kaukana though was excellant.
