When I arrived 15 minutes early for my 1:45 appointment, there were 7 vehicles ahead of me, 6 people standing in line to check in, and one service advisor tied up on a phone with a customer and a bank over your stupid verification code requirement for a simple credit card transaction. There were no fewer than 6 techs standing and sitting in the Bay Area having a fine chat, with no work being done on any vehicle. After observing this standoff for 10 minutes, I began videoing the scene with my phone camera. That stirred the tech into action. But had other things to do, so I left. I came back an hour later and got in line again. This time it only took 57 minutes for my express service. And it only cost $85.
