I Stopped for an oil change. During the process the tech came out and showed me my air filter. The filter had debris and what looked like pine needles on it. The tech asked if I wanted it replaced. I told them I have a new one at home and I will replace when I get home. When I got home home I pulled the filter and noticed the debris that she showed me was on the bottom of the filter box and had not been removed. If I was doing a filter check for a customer I would have blown off the filter and removed anything that was on it. it seems like this was sour grapes because I did not buy a filter. When you are on a fixed income you try to reduce costs where ever you can. Filters are an easy way for me to save a few bucks when they are needed. This is the first time that I can say that I was disappointed with Bergstroms service. At this point I am not sure if I will be back.
