Overall, Eric's response to any of my questions or concerns was quick and to the point. The purchasing and obtaining the vehicle was easy and seamless. The only thing that I would say is that because I'm in my late fifties I would have preferred more telephone conversation than texting. I could have mentioned that to Eric myself so most of the blame is on me. I just figure when I'm spending 50K on a vehicle, emoji smiley faces are underwhelming and not the standard of professionalism. I understand that is how the world is today, digital communication has replaced most analog communication.
