I love my car and I’m very happy that my sales people helped me find the car I wanted. However there was a significant delay in the checkout process that I found unacceptable. I was there 3 1/2 hours waiting to pickup my car and I had an appointment with them. I was late for another appointment. I didn’t have any time left for instructions on how to operate all the icons in the interior. I had to come back for my armor all paint protection kit. I went to another dealer to have someone sit with me and go through the dash and all the icons. I’m not sure why this happened both of the people I was working with didn’t have an explanation for the delay.
